About The Position
Join our collaboration between Deaconess Health System and Orthopaedic Associates as a full-time Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) practicing at the Orthopedic Surgery Center. This role offers a weekday schedule from 7a - 5p, with no weekends or holidays (176 scheduled shifts annually), providing exceptional work-life balance. You will practice in a high-quality ambulatory surgery environment focused on orthopedic procedures. Requirements
- Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) Certification through the National Board of Certification and Recertification for Nurse Anesthetists (NBCRNA)
- Active Indiana CRNA license required
Responsibilities
- Provide anesthesia care for orthopedic procedures in an ambulatory surgery center.
- Collaborate with the anesthesia team and orthopedic surgeons.
- Ensure outstanding patient care and clinical excellence.
Benefits
- Base Compensation: $316,800 annually ($180/hour) for W-2 Employment
- Base Compensation: $352,800 annually ($215/hour) for 1099 Independent Contractor
- $50,000 Sign-On Bonus (5-year commitment required)
