About The Position

A dynamic acute care setting in Sioux City, Iowa is seeking a highly skilled and independent Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join its collaborative anesthesia team. Requirements

• Active CRNA certification and unrestricted Iowa APRN license
• Graduation from a COA-accredited nurse anesthesia program
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications (current or willing to obtain)
• Strong communication, decision-making, and critical thinking skills

Nice To Haves

• Minimum 1 year of independent CRNA experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough pre-anesthesia assessments and create individualized anesthesia plans
• Administer general, regional, and monitored anesthesia care in collaboration with the surgical team
• Monitor patient status and vital signs continuously throughout procedures
• Manage emergence from anesthesia and oversee post-anesthesia recovery
• Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to safety and compliance standards
• Participate in call rotations as needed (if applicable)
