About The Position

Cranial Technologies is seeking a full-time Clinician to join their team in Shenandoah, TX. This role focuses on treating infants to reshape head shapes with the DOC Band® and correct ear shapes with EarWell®. The Clinician will act as an expert in the evaluation and treatment of plagiocephaly and misshapen ears, developing strong relationships with families throughout the treatment process. This is a unique opportunity to work in a niche, pediatric clinical outpatient setting, distinct from traditional orthotics and prosthetics.

Requirements

• Certified Prosthetist-Orthotists only
• Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.
• We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time.

Nice To Haves

• Pediatric experience a plus
• A background in pediatrics is preferred, but not necessary as we have a formal training program that includes mentoring.

Responsibilities

• Treat infants to reshape head shapes with the DOC Band®.
• Treat infants to correct ear shapes with EarWell®.
• Evaluate and treat plagiocephaly and conditions involving misshapen ears.
• Develop relationships with families at every stage of their treatment process.
