About The Position

Cranial Technologies is seeking a full-time Clinician to join their team in Silver Spring, MD. This role offers a unique opportunity to work in a niche, pediatric clinical outpatient setting exclusively with infants and their families, focusing on treating plagiocephaly with the DOC Band® and correcting ear shapes with EarWell®. Clinicians are considered experts in the evaluation and treatment of these conditions and build strong relationships with families throughout the treatment process. The company hires from various backgrounds, including Physical Therapists, Occupational Therapists, Registered Nurses, Certified Prosthetist-Orthotists, and Certified Orthotists, valuing their diverse knowledge and experience. A background in pediatrics is preferred but not required due to a formal training program with mentoring.

Responsibilities

• Treat infants to reshape head shapes with the DOC Band®
• Correct ear shapes with EarWell®
• Evaluate and treat plagiocephaly and conditions involving misshapen ears
