About The Position

Cranial Technologies is seeking a full-time Clinician to join their team in Bakersfield, CA. This role offers a unique opportunity to work in a specialized pediatric clinical outpatient setting, focusing exclusively on infants and their families. As a Clinician, you will be responsible for treating infants to reshape head shapes using the DOC Band® and correct ear shapes with EarWell®. Pediatricians and parents rely on our Clinicians as experts in the evaluation and treatment of plagiocephaly and conditions involving misshapen ears. The role involves developing strong relationships with families throughout the treatment process. While a background in pediatrics is preferred, it is not required due to a formal training program that includes mentoring. This position is ideal for individuals seeking visible, measurable patient outcomes within a few weeks, a traditional workweek schedule with no nights and minimal weekend work, and a company that invests in employee training and mentorship. The role emphasizes direct patient care with minimal paperwork and no productivity/patient quotas. Requirements

Certified Prosthetist-Orthotists only

Nice To Haves

Pediatric experience a plus
Background in pediatrics is preferred, but not necessary as we have a formal training program that includes mentoring.
PTs and OTs are an excellent fit with their background knowledge of symmetry and asymmetry, cervical anatomy, torticollis, and infant/toddler development.
Registered Nurses are a great fit with their experience in hands-on patient care and compassion for families as well as their capability to treat the whole patient.
Certified Prosthetist-Orthotists & Certified Orthotists are also a strong fit because of their hands-on experience with orthotics and direct patient care.
