About The Position

Cranial Technologies is seeking a full-time Clinician to join their team in Fresno, CA. This role focuses on treating infants to reshape head shapes with the DOC Band® and correct ear shapes with EarWell®. The position offers a unique opportunity to work in a niche, pediatric clinical outpatient setting, exclusively with infants and their families, outside of traditional orthotics and prosthetics. Clinicians are considered experts in the evaluation and treatment of plagiocephaly and misshapen ears, developing strong relationships with families throughout the treatment process. The company hires from diverse backgrounds, valuing the unique perspectives and knowledge each brings, such as PTs/OTs for their understanding of symmetry, anatomy, and development, Registered Nurses for their patient care and holistic approach, and Certified Prosthetist-Orthotists for their hands-on orthotics experience. While pediatric experience is preferred, it is not required due to a formal training program with mentoring.
