About The Position

Cranial Technologies is seeking a full-time Clinician to join their team in Jupiter, FL. This role offers a unique opportunity to work in a specialized pediatric clinical outpatient setting, focusing exclusively on infants and their families. As a Clinician, you will be responsible for treating infants to reshape head shapes using the DOC Band® and correct ear shapes with EarWell®. Pediatricians and parents rely on our Clinicians as experts in the evaluation and treatment of plagiocephaly and misshapen ears, fostering strong relationships with families throughout the treatment process. The company hires from diverse backgrounds, recognizing the value each brings. While a background in pediatrics is preferred, it is not required due to a formal training program with mentoring. This position offers visible, measurable changes in patients within two to three weeks, a traditional workweek schedule with minimal weekend work, and investment in employee training and mentorship. It involves direct patient care with minimal paperwork, no productivity/patient quotas, and opportunities for internal growth within a nationwide company.

Certified Prosthetist-Orthotists only
Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.
Florida Candidates Only: The person who fills this position will be required to complete an AHCA screening program.

Nice To Haves

Pediatric experience a plus
A background in pediatrics is preferred, but not necessary as we have a formal training program that includes mentoring.
PTs and OTs are an excellent fit with their background knowledge of symmetry and asymmetry, cervical anatomy, torticollis, and infant/toddler development.
Certified Prosthetist-Orthotists & Certified Orthotists are also a strong fit because of their hands-on experience with orthotics and direct patient care.
