About The Position

Bionic Prosthetics and Orthotics Group LLC is a leading and fast-growing Orthotic and Prosthetic services provider in the United States, operating over 48 ABC accredited clinics in 12 states. They are seeking a US-based ABC or BOC Certified Prosthetist and/or Orthotist for their clinics in Fort Myers, Florida, with similar positions available in other locations. Prior management experience of an O&P facility is ideal but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

Leads the clinic(s) to ensure exemplary and professional O&P patient care services, serving as a role model.
Supervises, trains, and develops all clinic personnel to ensure excellence in professionalism and customer service with patients, referral sources, pay sources, the medical community, and the community at large.
Works closely with leadership and central office personnel to ensure all policies and procedures are implemented and thoroughly followed.
Participates in the development and adoption of the region's annual plan and budget, and manages clinical operations towards these forecasts in consultation with company leadership.
Conducts all duties and responsibilities in accordance with standards set by professional agencies and state/local laws and regulations.
Maintains a thorough understanding of payor source policies and procedures and demonstrates this in practice.
Develops continuing and new referral source relationships, demonstrating strong written and verbal communication skills.
Responsible for developing a positive company attitude, camaraderie, and morale among personnel.
Participates with and advises management in developing new directions for the clinic(s).
Performs other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned.
