Bionic Prosthetics and Orthotics Group LLC is a leading and fast-growing Orthotic and Prosthetic services provider in the United States, operating over 48 ABC accredited clinics across 12 states. They are seeking a motivated and experienced US-based ABC or BOC Certified Prosthetist and Orthotist/Certified Prosthetist for their clinics in the Munster, Indiana area. Prior management experience in an O&P facility is ideal but not mandatory. This role is crucial for advancing your career in the field.

Responsibilities

Leads the clinic(s) to ensure exemplary and professional O&P patient care services, serving as a role model.
Supervises, trains, and develops all clinic personnel to ensure excellence in professionalism and customer service.
Works closely with leadership and central office personnel to ensure all policies and procedures are implemented and followed.
Participates in the development and adoption of the region's annual plan and budget, managing clinical operations accordingly.
Conducts all duties in accordance with professional agency standards and state/local laws and regulations.
Maintains a thorough understanding of payor source policies and procedures.
Develops continuing and new referral source relationships, demonstrating strong written and verbal communication skills.
Responsible for fostering a positive company attitude, camaraderie, and morale among personnel.
Advises management in the development of new directions for the clinic(s).
Performs other assigned duties and responsibilities.
