About The Position

Bionic Prosthetics and Orthotics Group LLC is a leading and fast-growing Orthotic and Prosthetic services provider in the United States, operating more than 48 ABC accredited clinics in 12 states. We are seeking a motivated and experienced US-based ABC/BOC Certified Prosthetist and Orthotist/Certified Prosthetist for our clinics in the Munster, Indiana area. Prior management experience of an O&P facility is ideal but not mandatory. This role is crucial for career advancement within our organization.

Responsibilities

Leads the clinic(s) to ensure exemplary and professional O&P patient care services, serving as a role model.
Supervises, trains, and develops all clinic personnel to ensure excellence in professionalism and customer service.
Works closely with leadership and central office personnel to ensure all policies and procedures are implemented and followed.
Participates in the development and adoption of the region's annual plan and budget, managing clinical operations towards forecasts.
Conducts all duties in accordance with standards set by professional agencies and state/local laws and regulations.
Maintains a thorough understanding of payor source policies and procedures.
Develops continuing and new referral source relationships, demonstrating strong written and verbal communication skills.
Responsible for developing a positive company attitude, camaraderie, and morale among personnel.
Participates with and advises management in the development of new directions for the clinic(s).
Performs other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned.
