About The Position

Bionic Prosthetics and Orthotics Group LLC is seeking a US-based ABC Certified Prosthetist and/or Orthotist for their Evansville, Indiana clinic. This is a career advancement opportunity within a leading and fast-growing Orthotic and Prosthetic services provider with over 48 ABC accredited clinics across 12 states. A Kentucky state license is a plus but not mandatory; eligibility for the state license is required at minimum. Non-ABC/BOC Certified Practitioners and Residents are not eligible to apply.

Responsibilities

Leads the clinic(s) to ensure exemplary and professional O&P patient care services, serving as a role model.
Supervises, trains, and develops all clinic personnel to ensure excellence in professionalism and customer service.
Works closely with leadership and central office personnel to ensure all policies and procedures are implemented and followed.
Participates in the development and adoption of the region's annual plan and budget, managing clinical operations towards forecasts.
Conducts all duties in accordance with standards set by professional agencies and state/local laws and regulations.
Maintains a thorough understanding of payor source policies and demonstrates this in practice.
Develops continuing and new referral source relationships, demonstrating strong written and verbal communication skills.
Responsible for developing a positive company attitude, camaraderie, and morale among personnel.
Participates with and advises management in developing new directions for the clinic(s).
Performs other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned.
