About The Position

Bionic Prosthetics and Orthotics Group LLC is a leading and fast-growing Orthotic and Prosthetic services provider in the United States, operating more than 48 ABC accredited clinics in 12 states. Our established clinical practice in the Cincinnati, OH metropolitan area is looking for an enthusiastic US-based Certified Prosthetist and/or Orthotist. An OH state license is a plus but not mandatory; candidates must be eligible for the state license at minimum. This role requires leadership in patient care, personnel supervision and development, and adherence to professional and regulatory standards.

Requirements

US-based ABC Certified Prosthetist and/or Orthotist.
Eligible for OH state license.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

Leads the clinic(s) to ensure exemplary and professional O&P patient care services, serving as a role model.
Supervises, trains, and develops all clinic personnel to ensure excellence in professionalism and customer service.
Works closely with leadership and central office personnel to ensure all policies and procedures are implemented and followed.
Participates in the development and adoption of the region's annual plan and budget, managing clinical operations towards forecasts.
Conducts all duties in accordance with standards set by professional agencies and state/local laws and regulations.
Maintains a thorough understanding of payor source policies and procedures.
Develops continuing and new referral source relationships, demonstrating strong written and verbal communication skills.
Fosters a positive company attitude, camaraderie, and morale among personnel.
Advises management in the development of new directions for the clinic(s).
Performs other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned.
