Mercy Community Healthcare has an opening for a part-time Certified Phelbotomy Tech/Nursing Tech in Franklin, TN. We are looking for enthusiastic people with a passion for making a difference in the lives of those we serve in our community. The certified phlebotomty/nursing tech is responsible for providing excellent care to all patients through a team-based nursing model of care. This position works as part of a care team to collaboratively care for patient needs in a primary care setting. This position is responsible for ensuring the lab proficiently runs by maintaining required documentation, routine machine maintenance, and assessing the need of the laboratory. Performs quality improvement on all lab equipment. The CPT is responsible for coordinating with the local laboratory, tracking results of labs, collects and processes outgoing and in-house labs, and manages the processes of the lab.
