About The Position

FFC is seeking a motivated and experienced Certified Personal Trainer to join our team. This full-time position focuses on building a client base, managing schedules, and providing high-quality training to help members achieve their fitness goals. The role involves active member engagement, promoting FFC programs, and maintaining a clean and safe fitness environment. Requirements

• Nationally accredited Personal Training certification
• CPR and AED certification
• Bachelor’s in exercise physiology or related field
• 2+ years in a health club setting with proven sales experience
• Must be or have been a Master and/or Elite level trainer

Responsibilities

• Manage the InBody machine, Fitness Desk, etc.
• Oversee the fitness floor
• Greet members and build relationships
• Perform outreach (email/calls) to build a book of business
• Use sales techniques to demonstrate expertise and value
• Grow client base through prospecting (calls, emails, social media)
• Organize weekly appointments
• Help meet individual and department goals
• Keep the fitness floor clean and safe
• Create personalized workout plans for new members
• Assist members on the fitness floor with exercises
• Match members to relevant FFC programs
• Help clients achieve fitness goals
• Keep certifications up-to-date
• Volunteer for special events
• Maintain detailed client files
