About The Position

GYMGUYZ is hiring Certified Fitness Coaches and Personal Trainers to work directly with clients in their homes, residential communities, workplaces, and other convenient locations. You'll work with a wide variety of people, goals, ages, and ability levels while being supported by an established local fitness company. There is no trainer rent, no waiting for walk-ins, and no routine sales requirement. Your primary responsibility is delivering an outstanding client experience. As part of our team, you'll have the opportunity to earn $35–$50/hour based on experience, qualify for performance bonuses, build a schedule around your availability, receive mileage reimbursement, complete paid onboarding, participate in continuing professional development, receive discounts toward recertification, access available health plan options, access available pre-tax retirement/401(k) options, advance toward Master Trainer and leadership opportunities, work with a diverse client population, be recognized and rewarded for excellent performance, and focus primarily on coaching rather than selling.

Requirements

• A nationally recognized personal training certification such as NASM, ACE, ISSA, ACSM, or comparable credential
• Current CPR/AED certification
• Reliable transportation
• Willingness to travel locally to client appointments
• Comfort using mobile apps and web-based platforms
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong professionalism and reliability
• Genuine enthusiasm for helping people improve their health and fitness
