About The Position

Healthtrax is seeking a Certified Personal Trainer to join their team. This role involves working with clients to develop personalized exercise programs, ensuring client retention and satisfaction, and contributing to the overall success of the fitness center. The position offers opportunities for professional growth, cross-training in various fitness areas, and active participation in team meetings and marketing strategies. Requirements

• Valid, current PT certifications, with nationally recognized elite: NSCA, ACSM, NASM, ACE and CPR/AED, must be maintained
• Tactful, inspirational verbal and written communications, time management and follow-up skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Proven track record obtaining and retaining clientele; 3 or more years’ experience as a CPT

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor's Degree in related field of study, preferred
• Club Ready software, preferred

Responsibilities

• Work with Fitness Leader to develop and realize your business plan and expand your knowledge to be best in field
• Cross-trained to support personal training, stretching, small group, and nutrition.
• Ensure that the fitness floor, equipment and surfaces in the Center are sanitized, cleaned, in working order and well maintained
• Provide new member onboarding sessions
• Enroll and renew clients and create personalized exercise programs for each that includes obtainable progression
• Manage client files, schedules, reminders and document exercise progress in Club Ready software
• Identify special population needs
• Respect client confidentiality
• Actively participate in weekly team meetings and best practice sharing
• Offer timely, detailed feedback to team and fitness leaders to foster improved client and employee experience
• Participate in marketing strategies that will increase personal training services, attraction and retention
• Adherence to company standards as set forth in the Employee Handbook
• Exhibit a desire for learning, research and continual growth for professional development
