This role offers the opportunity to train clients on your terms, without the typical gym drama, sales quotas, or waiting for walk-ins. You will deliver creative, high-energy in-home and on-site training sessions, design personalized programs using our GYMGUYZ App, and manage your schedule efficiently. We are redefining the fitness industry as the nation’s leader in mobile personal training, offering the stability of a brand that delivers clients directly to you, combined with the independence of training without walls.

Requirements

Nationally recognized personal training certification (NASM, ACE, ISSA, ACSM, etc.)
CPR/AED certified (required)
Reliable transportation & willingness to travel between sessions
Embraces using mobile and web apps (like Mindbody & Trainerize) to manage sessions, client notes, and communication
Excellent communication, professionalism, and energy
Social Media Savvy
Able to attend company sponsored events

Responsibilities

Deliver creative, high-energy in-home and on-site training sessions

Conduct Reassessments using the GYMGUYZ App
Manage your schedule efficiently
Motivate clients, track results, and celebrate wins
Collaborate with a supportive team that shares your passion
