In-Home Personal Trainer
About The Position
At GYMGUYZ, we bring fitness directly to homes, offices, and organizations. This role offers the opportunity to train clients on your terms, with clients who actively seek your coaching. If you are passionate about personal training and desire freedom, flexibility, autonomy, and stability, this position is ideal. You will deliver creative, high-energy in-home and on-site training sessions, design personalized programs using the GYMGUYZ App, conduct reassessments, and manage your schedule efficiently. The role also involves motivating clients, tracking results, celebrating wins, collaborating with a supportive team, and representing GYMGUYZ's core values: Determination, Respect, Integrity, Versatility, Excellence (DRIVE).
Requirements
- Nationally recognized personal training certification (NASM, ACE, ISSA, ACSM, etc.)
- CPR/AED certified (required)
- Reliable transportation & willingness to travel between sessions
- Embraces using mobile and web apps (like Mindbody & Trainerize) to manage sessions, client notes, and communication
- Excellent communication, professionalism, and energy
Responsibilities
