About The Position

GYMGUYZ is seeking a Certified Personal Trainer who is passionate about personal training and desires flexibility, autonomy, and stability. This role involves bringing fitness directly to clients' homes, offices, and organizations, eliminating the need for rent, sales quotas, or waiting for walk-ins. The position offers the freedom to train on your own terms with clients who are eager for coaching. GYMGUYZ is redefining the fitness industry as the nation's leader in mobile personal training, providing clients directly to trainers and offering independence without walls.

Requirements

• Nationally recognized personal training certification (NASM, ACE, ISSA, ACSM, etc.)
• CPR/AED certified (required)
• Reliable transportation & willingness to travel between sessions
• Embraces using mobile and web apps (like Mindbody & Trainerize) to manage sessions, client notes, and communication
• Excellent communication, professionalism, and energy

Responsibilities

• Deliver creative, high-energy in-home and on-site training sessions
• Design personalized programs using our GYMGUYZ App
• Conduct Reassessments using the GYMGUYZ App
• Manage your schedule efficiently
• Motivate clients, track results, and celebrate wins
• Collaborate with a supportive team that shares your passion
