About The Position

Ultimate Therapy is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our skilled nursing rehabilitation team. We are looking for a compassionate and motivated clinician who enjoys helping residents improve daily function, increase independence, and achieve meaningful rehabilitation goals.

Requirements

• Active COTA license required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Nice To Haves

• Skilled nursing experience preferred but not required

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy treatments under the supervision of the Occupational Therapist
• Assist residents with activities focused on self-care, coordination, mobility, and functional independence
• Use therapeutic exercises, adaptive techniques, and structured activities to support resident progress
• Encourage participation and build positive relationships with residents throughout therapy sessions
• Maintain accurate documentation and communicate treatment updates with the rehab team
