About The Position

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking an experienced Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) for outpatient visits. This role involves providing rehabilitative care and skilled nursing to adult and geriatric patients in senior living communities in McLean, VA, enabling them to receive necessary medical care at home. Requirements

Licensed as an Occupational Therapist Assistant by the state of VA.
Willing to travel in assigned territory.
Graduated from an occupational therapy curriculum accredited by the Committee on Allied Health Education and Accreditation of the AMA and the AOTA, or have two years of appropriate experience as an Occupational Therapy Assistant and a satisfactory grade on a proficiency exam conducted, approved or sponsored by the U.S. Public Health Service when initial qualification occurred before December 31, 1977.
At least one year's work experience under the supervision of a qualified Occupational Therapist.

Responsibilities

Perform Outpatient visits for adult and geriatric patients.
Provide rehabilitative care and skilled nursing to clients in senior living communities.
Travel within an assigned territory to provide care.
