Ridgecrest Health and Rehabilitation is looking for a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our wonderful team! Requirements
- Current COTA(Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant)License
- Current CPR

- At least one (1) experience working in a Skilled Nursing Facility preferred.
Responsibilities
- Implement and execute established patient treatment plans under the supervision of a licensed occupational therapist.
- Communicate with patience, families, referring physicians, and other members of the team.
- Provide timely written documentation per facility and department requirements.
- Develop and enhance clinical and professional skills through knowledge and professional association.
- Provide timely written documentation as .
- Support and participate in department operations and development.
- Report any changes in patient status or needs to supervising therapist on a timely basis.
- Prepare and submit patient charges accurately to access appropriate billing information.
- Coordinate treatment goals with other team members.
