Requirements
- Active California Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) license or eligibility to obtain licensure
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities
- Provide skilled occupational therapy treatments under the direction of a licensed Occupational Therapist (OTR)
- Implement individualized treatment plans designed to improve daily function and independence
- Accurately document resident progress, treatment responses, and functional milestones
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support comprehensive resident care
- Educate residents, families, and caregivers on adaptive strategies, exercises, and home programs
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the ongoing success of the therapy department
