Requirements
- Current COTA certification and active state license
- Strong communication and independent work skills
Responsibilities
- Provide occupational therapy services under the direction of an Occupational Therapist
- Support patients with daily living skills, safety, and independence
- Educate patients and caregivers on adaptive techniques and equipment
- Document visits and patient progress accurately
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team
