City View Post Acute is seeking a compassionate and motivated Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join their exceptional in-house rehabilitation team. Requirements
- Current California Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) license (or eligibility for licensure)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for rehabilitation and resident-centered care
- Positive, collaborative, and compassionate approach to patient care

Responsibilities
- Provide skilled occupational therapy treatments based on individualized care plans
- Assist residents in improving daily living skills, mobility, strength, and functional independence
- Monitor resident progress and communicate updates to the Occupational Therapist and interdisciplinary team
- Accurately document treatments, progress notes, and functional outcomes
- Educate residents and families on adaptive techniques, therapeutic exercises, and home programs
- Collaborate with the rehabilitation team to deliver high-quality, resident-centered care
