Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant
About The Position
We have a wonderful opportunity for a COTA to work with two of our schools in Washington, Utah and Hurricane, Utah for the 26-27 school year. This is a flexible position that works out great for any COTAs who are looking for regular work during school hours. It is great pay, a great school, and a great company to work for! You will be hired as an independent contractor, which offers no benefits but a higher hourly pay rate! Information : You must be able and willing to work with students with a variety of disabilities/diagnoses, collaborate with and keep supervising OT informed of student progress and needs, build strong relationships with school personnel, and be independent in tx students under direction of OT. Experience in schools is preferred but training can be offered for the right applicant.
Requirements
- Be certified and licensed in Utah as a COTA by August 2026
- Demonstrate flexibility to meet school needs
- Ability to build strong relationships and collaborate with administration, students, faculty
- Executing high quality, appropriate and engaging therapeutic tx as per IEP and student needs
Nice To Haves
- Experience in schools is preferred
