About The Position
Interface Rehab, Inc., a trusted leader in rehabilitation services since 1995, is seeking passionate Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTA) to join their team. They offer flexible per-diem shifts or a full-time schedule, with a variety of opportunities tailored to your availability, up to 40 hours/week. Opportunities are available across post-acute care, retirement communities, and outpatient clinics. Requirements
- Active or obtainable Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant license in the state of California
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional occupational therapy care to patients across various settings
- Assist in evaluating and implementing personalized treatment plans
- Collaborate with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary teams to optimize recovery
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate medical records
- Support patients in achieving rehabilitation goals and long-term wellness
