Requirements

Must be licensed as a Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant in the state of Oregon
Appropriate degree from Occupational Therapy Assistant program at an accredited university
One or more years' experience working as a COTA is required

Nice To Haves

Experience in Home Health or a Skilled Rehab setting is strongly desired
Organizational skills to facilitate program development

Responsibilities

Establish treatment plan appropriate to physician orders
Prepare/complete clinical and progress notes
Teach patient and family/caregivers in meeting individual treatment goals
Delivering person-centered care to grateful and highly motivated patients, many of them seniors, helping them achieve therapy goals and a higher quality of life in their time of greatest need
