Amazing Care Pediatric Outpatient Therapy, formerly known as Straka Pediatric Therapies, specializes in providing individualized and group therapy services in speech, occupational, physical, and mental health. This role is for a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our fun, supportive team at our Castle Rock clinic. Requirements

• Licensed Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) in Colorado.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with children and families.
• Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) documentation.
• Ability to develop and implement personalized treatment plans for diverse patient needs.
• Flexibility and adaptability to work with children who have varying diagnoses and challenges.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in pediatric home health or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat pediatric clients (ages 0–21) in outpatient and virtual settings
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality, family-centered care
• Complete evaluations, progress notes, and documentation efficiently and on time
