About The Position

Amazing Care Pediatric Outpatient Therapy, formerly known as Straka Pediatric Therapies, specializes in providing individualized and group therapy services in speech, occupational, physical, and mental health. They are looking for a caring and enthusiastic Pediatric Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join their fun, supportive team at their Castle Rock clinic. This role involves working with children and growing in a warm, collaborative environment.

Requirements

Licensed Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) in Colorado.
Experience in pediatric home health or related field preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with children and families.
Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) documentation.
Ability to develop and implement personalized treatment plans for diverse patient needs.
Flexibility and adaptability to work with children who have varying diagnoses and challenges.

Responsibilities

Evaluate and treat pediatric clients (ages 0–21) in outpatient and virtual settings
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality, family-centered care
Complete evaluations, progress notes, and documentation efficiently and on time
