This role offers the opportunity to blend inpatient and outpatient care, providing variety, continuity of care, and professional growth across settings. Requirements
- Graduate (current or pending) from an accredited COTA program
- Active or pending state COTA license
- One year of COTA experience
Responsibilities
- Provide occupational therapy services in both inpatient and outpatient settings.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including physical therapists, physicians, and other healthcare professionals.
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans for patients with non-surgical and post-operative presentations, including sport-specific rehabilitation and joint and spine management.
- Maintain appropriate and optimal caseloads to ensure quality patient care.
- Collaborate with referral sources and surgeons to gain foundational knowledge for personalized treatments.
- Participate in mentorship and advanced training opportunities.
- Support professional growth and career advancement within the company.
