This role offers the opportunity to blend inpatient and outpatient care, providing variety, continuity of care, and professional growth across settings. Therapy Partner Solutions (TPS), therapist-owned and operated since 2016, is dedicated to providing exceptional therapy services. Requirements

  • Graduate (current or pending) from an accredited COTA program
  • Active or pending state COTA license
  • One year of COTA experience

Responsibilities

  • Provide occupational therapy services in both inpatient and outpatient settings.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including physical therapists, physicians, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Develop and implement personalized treatment plans for patients with non-surgical and post-operative presentations, including sport-specific rehabilitation and joint and spine management.
  • Maintain appropriate and optimal caseloads to ensure quality patient care.
  • Collaborate with referral sources and surgeons to gain foundational knowledge for personalized treatments.
  • Participate in mentorship and advanced training opportunities.
  • Support professional growth and career advancement within the company.
