Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant - Providence Anchorage
About The Position
Providence Alaska Medical Center is hiring multiple Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants for its Occupational Therapist Department in Anchorage, Alaska. The position implements therapy treatment plans under the direction of an Occupational Therapist and as prescribed by a physician licensed in Alaska. Available schedules include full-time, 1.0 FTE, day shift, 40 hours per week, and per diem, 0.01 FTE, day shift, with hours as needed. Eligible external hires may qualify for a $5,000 hiring bonus, and eligible hires may qualify for relocation assistance, subject to the stated qualifications and payment conditions. Applicants who meet the qualifications will receive an invitation to complete additional screening questions through the HireVue system.
Requirements
- Associate's degree and graduation from an Occupational Therapy Assistant program, or equivalent education/experience.
- Upon hire, an Alaska Occupational Therapy Assistant License, Alaska Occupational Therapy Assistant Limited Permit, or Alaska Occupational Therapy Assistant Temporary License.
- Upon hire, National Provider BLS certification from the American Heart Association.
