About The Position

The Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) will support Occupational Therapists (OTs) in delivering exceptional patient care by focusing on therapy goals and patient progress. This role utilizes AI-supported tools to assist in documentation, allowing more time for quality patient interaction. The position aims to provide patient-centered care, reduce the documentation burden through AI tools, promote work-life balance by cutting down on after-hours documentation, and enhance efficiency through technology-driven workflows that simplify compliance with care standards.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited school of occupational therapy assistant with an Associate Degree in Occupational Therapy.
• One year experience as an Occupational Therapist Assistant in an acute care setting.
• Active and unencumbered Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant license in state(s) of employment required.
• Required within 30 days of hire - National Provider BLS - American Heart Association.

Responsibilities
