About The Position

The Village at Summerville is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) for a PRN position. Requirements

Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program
Current or eligible South Carolina COTA license

Responsibilities

Implementing treatment plans developed by the supervising Occupational Therapist
Delivering skilled interventions focused on ADLs, functional mobility, cognition, safety, and upper extremity function
Supporting residents across multiple levels of care within the community
Collaborating closely with Occupational Therapists and the interdisciplinary team
Supporting continuity of care through communication and documentation
Encouraging resident engagement, independence, and functional progress
