About The Position
We are hiring a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) for a PRN role in our skilled nursing facility. This position offers flexibility while allowing you to provide hands-on support to residents working toward greater independence.
Requirements
- Active COTA license
Nice To Haves
- Skilled nursing experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Deliver occupational therapy services under the direction of the Occupational Therapist
- Assist residents with activities of daily living, including dressing, grooming, and self-care tasks
- Guide therapeutic exercises focused on coordination, strength, and function
- Observe patient progress and communicate updates to the OT
- Maintain accurate documentation for all treatments
