The Occupational Therapy Assistant works under the direction of Occupational Therapists to plan, implement, or administer programs that restore or enhance performance in individuals with functional impairments. This role assists in providing rehabilitative services to persons with mental, physical, emotional, or developmental impairments. This position requires strong verbal and written communication skills. As a valued member of our in-house team, not a contracted service, you support residents on their journey toward greater independence. You bring patience, compassion, and a collaborative spirit.
