About The Position

Therapy Partner Solutions (TPS) is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our team in the Transitional Care Unit. As a therapist-owned and operated company since 2016, TPS is dedicated to providing exceptional therapy services and understands the unique challenges clinicians face. We partner with AdventHealth to deliver inpatient and outpatient therapy services, fostering a strong, multidisciplinary team environment. Our focus is on patient-centered care, treating every patient with personalized and skilled services in a warm and welcoming environment. Requirements

  • Graduate (current or pending) from an accredited COTA program
  • Active or pending state COTA license
  • One year of COTA experience

Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional therapy services to patients in a Transitional Care Unit setting.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including physical and occupational therapists, physicians, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Deliver coordinated, patient-centered care.
  • Maintain an appropriate patient caseload with a focus on 1-on-1 patient care.
  • Participate in individualized professional development programs.
  • Provide therapy in both inpatient and outpatient settings, serving a diverse patient population.
