About The Position
We are looking for Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) who desire more freedom, flexibility, and fulfillment in their careers. At InHome Therapy, we prioritize our therapists. If you are seeking home health COTA jobs with flexible scheduling and consistent patient volume, this role in and around Highland Park, treating the adult and geriatric population, could be an excellent fit. We provide a consistent caseload through our agency partner network, flexible scheduling allowing you autonomy over your day, mileage reimbursement, and tools to reduce windshield time. You will also receive a tablet, data plan, and supplies, along with paid training, ongoing mentorship, and therapy-first clinical and administrative support. There are opportunities for growth, including leadership roles and career advancement.
Requirements
- Active Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) license in good standing
- BLS CPR certification
- Reliable transportation
- Basic comfort with technology - email, texting, EMR systems (training provided)
Responsibilities
- Provide home health occupational therapy services under the supervision of an OT
- Visit adult and geriatric patients in their homes and help them regain independence
- Complete accurate and timely therapy documentation (training provided)
