Requirements

Current and valid Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant license in the state of Indiana.
Ability to conduct thorough assessments and accurately document changes in resident conditions.
Strong passion for geriatric nursing and commitment to senior care excellence.
Demonstrates C.A.R.E. values to residents, family members, customers and staff.
