Requirements
- Associate degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program
- Active California COTA license or eligibility to obtain one
- At least 2 years clinical COTA experience with elderly/frail adults
- Reliable personal transportation for home visits
- Proficiency in therapeutic interventions for balance, endurance, and functional skills
