About The Position
Theracare is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) for a part-time position within the Plainfield School Systems. This role involves approximately 8 hours of work per week. The COTA will perform skilled direct patient care activities under the clinical supervision of an Occupational Therapist.
Requirements
- Graduate of an approved Occupational Therapy Assistant program
- Current or eligible for state license
- Excellent oral, written communication and interpersonal skills
Nice To Haves
- Active membership with the American Occupational Therapy Association (not required)
- Minimum one (1) year experience
