About The Position

Symbria is hiring a Per Diem (PRN) Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) to join our Home Health Rehab Team, serving patients in Manteno and surrounding areas. Requirements

• Be a graduate of an accredited school for Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants.
• Hold a valid state license.
• Ability to work flexible hours and weekends.

Nice To Haves

• Acute care, long-term care and/or rehabilitation experience

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the Occupational Therapist to establish appropriate goals and creatively execute the treatment plans.
• As a member of our interdisciplinary team, you will be required to maintain productivity standards and complete required documentation.
• Help your patients achieve critical outcomes while acting as a trusted partner to the community you serve.
