Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant
About The Position
Cross Country Education is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to provide school-based occupational therapy services supporting students across grade levels in Beverly Hills, CA for the 2026–2027 school year. This role involves providing direct support and consultation to address IEP goals, including fine/gross motor skills, sensory strategies, and functional activities. The COTA will implement therapeutic interventions under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist (OTR) and monitor student progress. Responsibilities include maintaining accurate treatment records, progress notes, and service documentation, as well as collaborating with teachers and educational teams to support classroom strategies and student success.
Requirements
- Associate degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program
- Active California Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) License
- Experience providing occupational therapy services in a school-based setting, preferably with school-aged students
