About The Position

Ultimate Therapy is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our skilled nursing rehab team. We are looking for a compassionate and motivated clinician who enjoys helping residents improve everyday function, rebuild confidence, and increase independence through personalized therapy care.

Requirements

• Active COTA license required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Nice To Haves

• Skilled nursing experience preferred but not required

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy treatments under the supervision of the Occupational Therapist
• Assist residents with functional activities related to dressing, grooming, mobility, coordination, and daily living skills
• Use therapeutic exercises, adaptive techniques, and structured activities to support resident goals
• Encourage resident participation and create a positive therapy experience
• Monitor progress and maintain accurate treatment documentation
