About The Position

PYG Therapy is looking for compassionate and motivated Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants to join our pediatric home health team. Requirements

Active Arizona Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA/OTA) license
Current CPR certification
Article 9 certification
Valid driver's license and dependable transportation
Ability to work under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist
Strong communication, organizational, and clinical skills

Nice To Haves

Pediatric therapy experience
Home health experience

Responsibilities

Provide occupational therapy treatment services to pediatric patients in the home environment
Carry out treatment plans and therapeutic activities established by the supervising Occupational Therapist
Document treatment sessions, patient participation, and progress toward goals
Support children in developing functional skills that promote independence and participation in daily activities
Educate caregivers on home strategies and activities to reinforce therapeutic progress
Communicate regularly with supervising therapists regarding patient performance, concerns, and treatment recommendations
Maintain positive and professional relationships with children, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members
