This position is responsible for assisting the Occupational Therapist in providing occupational therapy services to residents. This includes planning, developing, organizing, and evaluating therapy activities, facilitating Telehealth services, communicating with other departments, and maintaining departmental standards. The role also involves direct patient care, including interviewing residents, implementing treatment plans, instructing residents and families, and documenting services rendered. Staff development, safety, and equipment management are also key aspects of this role.
