Staff development, safety, sanitation, equipment management, and upholding resident rights are also crucial aspects of this role. The working conditions involve various office and therapy areas, interaction with diverse individuals, and potential exposure to hazardous conditions. Physical requirements include the ability to move intermittently, see, hear, and lift up to 45 pounds.
