A growing home health provider is seeking a compassionate and motivated Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join its team serving patients in and around Bloomington, Indiana. Requirements
- Current Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) license
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance
- Passion for providing compassionate, patient-centered care
Nice To Haves
- Home health experience preferred, but not required
Responsibilities
- Provide occupational therapy treatments under the direction of a licensed Occupational Therapist
- Help patients improve daily living skills, mobility, strength, and independence
- Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and adaptive techniques
- Accurately document patient progress and treatment interventions
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary home health team to ensure exceptional patient care
- Maintain compliance with all agency and regulatory guidelines
