About The Position
PYG Therapy is seeking compassionate and skilled Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) to provide pediatric home health services throughout Arizona. As a therapist-led company, we understand the realities of home health. Our dedicated team helps build your caseload, provides ongoing support, and fosters a collaborative environment where clinicians feel valued and empowered to focus on patient care.
Requirements
- Active Arizona COTA/OTA license
- CPR Certification
- Article 9 Certification
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Strong communication and organizational skills
Responsibilities
- Provide direct occupational therapy services
- Implement treatment plans developed by the supervising Occupational Therapist
- Complete timely documentation
- Educate and support caregivers
- Communicate regularly with the supervising therapist regarding client progress and concerns
