About The Position

We're seeking compassionate Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants to join our growing Arizona team. Whether you're an experienced pediatric clinician or interested in making the transition to home health, we provide the support needed to help you succeed.
Requirements
- Active Arizona COTA license
- CPR Certification
- Article 9 Certification
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Strong communication and organizational skills
Nice To Haves
- Pediatric or home health experience is a plus but not required.
Responsibilities
- Provide occupational therapy treatment under the direction of a supervising Occupational Therapist
- Implement individualized treatment plans
- Document patient progress using our electronic medical record
- Educate families on home activities that reinforce therapy goals
- Collaborate with supervising therapists and the interdisciplinary team
- Deliver compassionate, family-centered care
